Suri is wearing the Pink/White Dress from Limited Cruise Collection by Bonpoint (availiable instore only).
The dress is made of Liberty of London fabric and this print is called Pink Caesar.

So, this dress has nothing to do with Petit Lippe brand.
Apparently, due to my lack of knowledge of Portuguese... i misunderstood the article at Globo.

Daniela Maia claime to be inspired by Suri for her new Spring 2009 Collection Petit Lippe - Brazilian childrenwear brand.
And it was rumored that several dresses from the upcomming SS09 collection were delivered as a gift for Suri to Copocabana Hotel.
