I'm always looking for children's clothing that I would wear myself. When I saw Aunty Ollie's winter line I fell in love. I think you will agree!!

The Aunty Ollie philosophy is to create stylish clothes for children that make everyday life more gorgeous: whether it’s lazing around the house, playing at the park, or busting some moves at a friend’s birthday party!

Aunty Ollie came to exist after creator, Jodie Hampshire, adopted three beautiful children in 2007. You can imagine how much children’s bedding and clothing she and her husband had to buy! Most of what she found left her wanting: no to superheroes! No to clothes that made a child look like she was about to go clubbing!

She wanted prints that fuelled her childrens’ imaginations and made her smile. She took matters into her own hands and started to make beautiful bedcovers. Once she started sourcing fabrics, she could not stop making bedding. Best of all, her kids loved it as much as she did.

Quickly she moved from bedding into clothing, as these beautiful prints were just begging to be used in children’s clothes! Friends started asking for clothes for their kids (and themselves!), and Aunty Ollie was born in 2009.

She opened an online shop in May 2009 with their first Summer range, and now have our second range online for Autumn/Winter 2009. They've been delighted by the interest from parents, kids, the media. They’re now working on stocking Aunty Ollie in a few boutiques around the world too!

The Aunty Ollie range is fresh and quirky without being kitsch, and is focused on fantastic, often vintage-inspired prints. Jodie is especially pleased to offer (finally!) real choice in stylish clothing for boys.

She is committed to offering high quality children’s clothing: how many times have you bought a t shirt to have it unravel on the first wash? She uses only excellent quality imported fabric that machine washes like a dream. They manufacture to very high standards in the United Arab Emirates, where there are strict laws requiring visas for all workers, which is your assurance they use no child labour. She personally visits the factory most weeks and is comfortable that workers are treated fairly.

As an international family (Jodie is Australian, her husband is British and their kids are Sierra Leonean, and they live in Dubai, United Arab Emirates!), it was important to her to offer style conscious parents her range, wherever they are.

They have shipped all over the world: the UK, the US, Ireland, The Netherlands, Malaysia, Singapore. Brazil, Australia and more… They provide detailed sizing information to help our customers, but also offer a hassle free returns policy.
